During my stay at this hotel, I was taken aback by the beautiful architecture that once must have been stunning. However, the charm was overshadowed by the deteriorating condition of the furnishings and overall maintenance. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Liverpool, but the service left much to be desired as interactions with staff felt lackluster. While the dining options were there, the quality of food fell short, especially breakfast, which was far from delightful.
